Lilz: Where did the name S.A.S come from & what does it stand for?
Mayhem: The real S.A.S is the Special Army Services and their the best elite fighting team in the world but based in UK. So we took their acronym and changed it to Streets All Salute.
Lilz: Being from London is there a difference from the buzz over there then it is over here?
Mayhem: Yeah, over here in UK, the music industry doesn't sign or champion music that is too black or urban, or too real or street influenced. So we have a big fanbase but pretty much hit the ceiling till we get a new situation. In US every type of artist gets signed and Urban music is runnin the music industry so our buzz is through the roof.
Lilz: How was it working with Cam'Ron?
Mayhem: Cool, he still the same, only one that didn't change, and definetly the most focused as a business man out of all of em. We was gonna do a Terminal 3 E.P or album with him but we didn't get to sit down with any labels after we did a few songs coz of his scedule.
Lilz: Who else have you guys worked with?
Mayhem: Kanye, Styles P, Slick Pulla, Jae Millz, Ransom, Grafh, Nicki Minaj, and everybody in Dip Set.
Lilz: Who would you want to work with that you haven't already?
Mayhem: No one at this point except Jeezy, we jus want to drop our own album, we're not fans of the game like we once was.
Lilz: What's the plans for 09?
Mayhem: We jus dropped Eurogang vol 2 in May, Eurogang vol 3 by sept. Haze's mixtape is about to drop, and we got a few vids we shooting so a lot of material being put out there.
Lilz: How is it working with each other?
Mayhem: Fun, we're brothers so think the same most of the time, and bounce ideas off of each other till it's cohesive.
Lilz: Who do you think is the best out today in the hiphop game?
Mayhem: Jay Z
Lilz: Where do you see yourselves in 10yrs?
Mayhem: I don't even know where we're gonna be next month, let alone 10 years lol.
Lilz: How would you describe you image and music?
Mayhem: Gangsta & a Gentlemen, class, charm, restraint but powerful and explosive.
