Jae Blvd Exclusive Interview..

Lilz: Those who are not familiar with you.. tell them where your from, & what you do?

Jae Blvd: I'm from a Small place in the Southern part of New Jersey called Camden City. I'm an musician I do a little of everything. I rap sing produce write and compose all my own material.

Lilz: How did you get the name Jae Blvd?

Jae Blvd: Well my name was Jae Major but a friend of mine already had the name major so out of respect I changed it. The boulevard came from me driving past Martin Luther King boulevard in Camden New Jersey. I noticed no other artist out there had a name like Jae Blvd it just seemed to stand out to me.

Lilz: Are you signed? Independent? & How do you like it?

Jae Blvd: I signed myself to my own label Treasury Entertainment which is an independent. Ive noticed a shift in the music industry now days. Everything is digital so you really don't need a major label to get your material out to the people.

Lilz: Who have you worked with? Who would you like to work with that you haven't?

Jae Blvd: Ive worked with a few different local artist from my area like the talented singer and songwriter J.Notiq. He's the singer on my new single Sexy Lady that's currently on itunes.com and amazon.com as well as many other websites. There are many other artist who's music I enjoy that I hope to one day work with.

Lilz: How do you feel about the music out today?

Jae Blvd: I like most of the music that's out today but I'm truly a fan of the oldies but goodies. I'm a very eclectic person though so I listen to everything.

Lilz: Who do you feel is the best artist out now? & why?

Jae Blvd: I like a number of different artist Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, Drake,Nicki Minaj i T.I. Ludacris as far as mainstream artist. I like a lot of cats on the come up though Tone Trump, Mike Nox, French Montana etc...

Lilz: How old were you when you became interested in the music scene?

Jae Blvd: I was born interested in making music I think lol my mother was a singer my father was a DJ.

Lilz: Where do you see yourself in 1Oyrs?

Jae Blvd: I see myself in 10 years very successful musician and business man.

Lilz:What do you have planned this year?

Jae Blvd: I plan on giving the people good music and introducing my label Treasury Entertainment to the world.

Lilz: Do you feel as if you'll stay just being an artist or would you do other things in music?

Jae Blvd: I would like to branch out and do a lot of other things music is just the stepping stone.
